      Take a complete history from the patient who has been referred by a dental practitioner for your attention. He is an upper denture wearer and he is diagnosed with candidiasis 2 weeks ago and is under treatment for the same. The swelling is 2x2cm in size and is firm in palpation.
      -Convey the provisional diagnosis and the significance of the lesion and also the investigations to be done to conform the diagnosis and explain the treatment options.
      -Address patients’ concerns.
