Ms A, a 34 years old female, presents to your clinic for concern of missing upper front tooth. She is very upset that she lost her upper front tooth which is extracted recently due to very large caries causing the tooth to be non-restorable. She is afraid to show her smile. Ms A also notices some black holes in her back teeth but she is afraid to lose them further.
Ms A is fit and healthy. She works as a salesgirl who is struggling to make ends meet. She likes to drink carbonated drink and eat chocolates whenever she gets stress from work. She does not take alcohol or smoke.
Extra-oral examination reveals no abnormalies. Intraorally, you notice there is a missing 21. There are some small cavities on posterior teeth which are restorable.
