Mr Darren is concerned about the dark color appearance of his upper front tooth. Clinical examination reveals an asymptomatic tooth 21 with dark grey discoloration. The tooth is non-tender to percussion and no deep pocketing was noted. IOPA of tooth 21 reveals a well-obturated root canal with no signs of periapical infection.
Based on the patient’s information as provided and the clinical findings, explain to the patient the various treatment options to address his concern.
